Xiaomi launched its new Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro smartphones in India and the company is already woking on launching a new smartphone. Xiaomi says in the post, “Xiaomi Redmi 5 may launch in India on March 14. It’s slim and slick. The new #CompactPowerhouse in just a few days.”
Xiaomi Redmi 5 was launched in China last month. Xiaomi Redmi 5 comes with a metal body design and is equipped with a selfie light. The device features a thin bezel design and sports a 5.7-inch HD screen with a 1440 * 720p resolution and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset processor.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with a price tag of Rs 13,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and Rs 16,999 for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage.It's a 5.99-inch full HD touchscreen with 1080x2160 pixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, Android Nougat operating system, 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB storage expandable up to 256GB via microSD card, and a 4,000mAh battery with fast charging 5V/2A.In terms of camera, it has a dual 12MP (f/2.2 aperture, 1.25 μm) + 5MP (f/2.0, 1.12 μm) main camera setup with phase detection autofocus and dual-LED dual-tone flash, and a 20MP front-snapper with f/2.0, 1/2.8" and LED flash.
