Vivo V9 to arrive in India on March 27

After the launch of the Vivo V7+ and V7 smartphones with a 24MP moonlight selfie camera back in late 2017, the company seems to be all set to launch a new smartphone in India.The launch event to happen on March 27.

Though the company has not revealed the name of the upcoming smartphone, it looks like it could be the Vivo V9. It is likely to be the sequel to the Vivo V7 priced at Rs. 18,990 in India right now and it is also speculated to be priced around Rs. 25,000.

Talking about the Vivo V9, the smartphone has been subjected to several leaks and rumors. The display appears to be an edge-to-edge panel with the notch at the top. There are minimal bezels at the sides and a slim bottom as well.The Vivo V9 is believed to arrive with a 24MP selfie camera just like its predecessor. The device is believed to make use of an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC with Android Oreo. Vivo smartphone to be launched in India on March 27.

Vivo is expected to launch its next-in-line V9 smartphone in India on March 27. However, ahead of the launch, live images of the smartphone have surfaced on the internet. The images confirm the presence of dual-camera setup at the back.The Vivo V9 has been previously spotted on billboards in Indonesia. The smartphone features a narrow bezel display. The notch or cutout is placed in the top center, while the dual cameras at the back are positioned vertically, similar to the iPhone X.
