The Rs 299 Vodafone pack includes unlimited local and STD calls, unlimited roaming, 1GB 2G data per day and 100 SMS per day at Rs 299.

Vodafone has announced commencing its VoLTE operations in Haryana. Currently only select cities like Panipat, Sonipat, Yamunanagar, Ambala and Rohtak are covered and the telco aims to add more cities under the service soon.

Vivo V9 to arrive in India on March 27

After the launch of the Vivo V7+ and V7 smartphones with a 24MP moonlight selfie camera back in late 2017, the company seems to be all set to launch a new smartphone in India.The launch event to happen on March 27.


Though the company has not revealed the name of the upcoming smartphone, it looks like it could be the Vivo V9. It is likely to be the sequel to the Vivo V7 priced at Rs. 18,990 in India right now and it is also speculated to be priced around Rs. 25,000.
Talking about the Vivo V9, the smartphone has been subjected to several leaks and rumors. The display appears to be an edge-to-edge panel with the notch at the top. There are minimal bezels at the sides and a slim bottom as well.The Vivo V9 is believed to arrive with a 24MP selfie camera just like its predecessor. The device is believed to make use of an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC with Android Oreo. Vivo smartphone to be launched in India on March 27.

Vodafone India has announced that it has launched its VoLTE services in Haryana.



Vodafone has announced commencing its VoLTE operations in Haryana. Currently only select cities like Panipat, Sonipat, Yamunanagar, Ambala and Rohtak are covered and the telco aims to add more cities under the service soon.

Apple will launch iPhone SE 2 in India first

Apple will launch an iPhone in India first, even before US and other European countries. Now, a new report by Taiwan's Economic Daily News reveals that the second generation of iPhone SE will launch in the first half of 2018.



 A Taiwanese website, Focus Taiwan also revealed that Apple will launch the next generation of iPhone SE in India first in early 2018. The same report also suggested that with the Made in India iPhone, Apple will be exempted from 10% basic custom duty. This means that Apple can sell the next generation iPhone SE at a competitive price in the country.



According to other online reports, the Apple iPhone SE is expected to be powered by company's own A10 Fusion chipset and will be available in two storage options - 32GB and 128GB. The smartphone is said to sport a 12MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary camera. The device is claimed to come with 2GB RAM and 1700mAh battery.



Apple launched the 32GB version of its iPhone SE smartphone in India in April this year. Apple launched its tenth anniversary edition - iPhone X in India at a starting price tag of Rs 89,000. The device is up for sale both online and offline in the country. This is the first iPhone to sport an all glass body and full screen display with FaceID.

Oppo to reportedly launch Oppo F7 25MP selfie camera in India

Oppo seems to be focused on announcing a new flagship smartphone at a event later this month.


Oppo recently launched its flagship smartphone in India, Oppo F5, in two storage variants -- 4GB RAM + 32GB and 6GB RAM + 64GB at Rs 19,990 and 24,990 respectively. This special edition is available only for the 6GB RAM + 64GB variant 


Oppo F7 might arrive with a 6.2-inch display with a FHD+ resolution and ultra-thin bezels. The screen-to-body ratio of the smartphone is said to be 89.09%. It is tipped that the Oppo F7 might boast around 2246 x 1080 pixels screen resolution.While the leaked image shows the presence of a 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom of the smartphone.The Oppo F7 will be octa-core MediaTek processor with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB storage space, which can be further expanded using a microSD card. 

The Oppo F7 is likely to be unveiled in India March 28.

According to a report by mydrivers, Xiaomi may soon launch its Redmi 5 series of smartphones. The  OnePlus flagship smartphone is in the news even though nothing significant about it has been leaked so far. The upcoming OnePlus smartphone was discussed by company CEO Pete Lau at CES 2018, with the smartphone's key feature and launch window being discussed. In an interview with CNET at CES 2018, Pete Lau announced that the next flagship phone from OnePlus (OnePlus 6?) will be unveiled in the latter part of Q2 2018, and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, because "there's no other choice". He also said that the Chinese phone maker will initiate talks with US telecom carriers for probable partnerships in the coming months. Additionally, Lau stated that "he wasn't 100 percent sure if OnePlus would sell a second phone in 2018".

In 2017, the company launched the OnePlus 5 and the OnePlus 5T.On the sidelines of CES 2018, Pete Lau also confirmed that a beta version for Face Unlock will soon arrive on the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T. This development was earlier teased by OnePlus Global Director Carl Pei. "The only thing we can do now is to keep a humble approach," said Pete Lau when asked on his views of incorporating AI (artificial intelligence) as a part of the software experience on smartphones.Ever since its inception, OnePlus has been pushing up to higher price segments with every smartphone generation. While the OnePlus One was launched in the sub-Rs. 25,000 price range, the OnePlus 5T was priced in the sub-Rs. 40,000 price segment.

Xiaomi launches new MI LED Smart TV 4A series in India: 32-inch variant priced at Rs 13,999, 43-inch model priced at Rs 22,999.




The company has launched the Mi LED Smart TV 4. India is the country to get this device outside its home country. It has been priced at Rs 39,999 and will be available on exclusively on Flipkart.   The Mi LED Smart TV 4 comes with a 55-inch Ultra HD 4K with HDR display. It comes with a minimum bezel frameless design and is just 4.9mm thin, making it the world's thinnest LED TV. Xiaomi claims it is 38% .


Xiaomi LED smart TV comes with a new television UI called the PatchWall. This UI has an endless scroll of seamless content and has a universal search feature that shows search results from all the buttons. Xiaomi is also planning to launch profiles to generate recommendations. The TV comes with an 11-button remote continuing the minimal streak of the TV.
For sound, it features the Dolby+ DTS Cinema Audio quality and is powered by Amlogic 64-bit quad-core Mali-T830 graphics. It has 2GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. 
Xiaomi has launched its second smart television series in India, the Mi LED Smart TV 4A, and has competitively priced the 32-inch and 43-inch variants of the device at Rs 13,999 and Rs 22,999 respectively. The television will be available for purchase starting March 13 from Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Homes . As launch offer, there is also an instant Rs 2,200 cashback with a JioFi connection.

Aircel Is Shutting down its services soon

Its Official That Aircel Is Shutting down its services soon. Aircel Said to TRAI that they are shutting down their services in SIX States.

Nearly nine lakh Aircel customers across India on Wednesday tried to port their numbers after facing frequent call drops, amidst reports of the company facing financial distress.Aircel CEO Kaizad Heerjee reportedly wrote an email to employees earlier this week that the company has not received any funding for a while.  Several users across its circles have been facing network issues for the past week. According to a few posts on Facebook and Twitter, a few users in Kolkata, Chennai, Odisha and Delhi, have not had network on their Aircel numbers for the past few days.Nearly nine lakh Aircel customers across India on Wednesday and almost three lakh customers on Tuesday tried to port their numbers after facing frequent call drops.         

Mobile operator Aircel  is looking at multiple options to keep operational expenses low, including scaling down operations in at least three more circles. It is also hoping to get interim funding to continue operations without a pause. Aircel had earlier shut services in six circles after its existing promoters declined to pump in additional funds.According to industry sources, the company has shared a proposal to stay afloat by building its data business, embarking on a capex-light model and tying up with competition for 4G services.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a headphone issue

Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi's recent launch, the Redmi Note 5 Pro out of stock within minutes of going on sale. 

The popular handset is already facing issues ,several users have been reporting on Mi community forum that that the volume levels of the smartphone while using headphones is severely low.Xiaomi said, "We received feedback from Redmi Note 5 Pro users about the audio output. We have addressed the issue and users are already starting to see an OTA (MIUI V9.2.5.0) update which fixes the issue.”

Nokia 9 Android Phone With Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC

HMD Global's Nokia announced as many as five new phones at MWC this year. This includes the Nokia 1, the Nokia 8110 4G, the Nokia 6, the Nokia 7 Plus and the Nokia 8 .

Nokia 6 (2018) was launched by HMD Global at the Nokia Mobile launch event ahead of MWC 2018. The smartphone was unveiled earlier this year for China, and this is the global launch of the same device. However, the global variant is an Android One smartphone, which also happens to be the biggest highlight of Nokia 6 (2018). The smartphone bears the company’s Bothie feature, another highlight, while the fingerprint sensor has been moved to the rear panel – instead of below the display. A new report now claims that Nokia may go on to announce two new smartphones with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 845 chipset inside.

According to WABetaInfo, the feature is currently live for WhatsApp Android beta version 2.18.69, with stable release for Android and iOS to follow soon. 

The new extended delete feature will apparently work with all types of messages, including texts, photos, videos and more.This feature is now available in the latest beta release of the app for Android, as yet there are no details on when this software will be released to everyone, as soon as we get some more details.The world’s most popular messenger wants to increase the cut off from seven minutes to 1 hour 8 minutes and 16 seconds, according to reports.
